At Mr Jewelrs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery

  • The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Refund Process

  • To request a refund or exchange, please contact our support team with clear photos or videos of the item.

  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non refundable unless the issue is caused by our mistake.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
